  • 3.12. Use of Reserve

Our online auction house employs the use of a reserve price as a strategic measure aimed at safeguarding the interests of both sellers and the integrity of the auction platform itself. By setting a reserve price, we ensure that valuable items offered for auction won't be sold for less than their perceived market value or the minimum acceptable price set by the seller.

This mechanism provides sellers with a level of assurance, preventing their items from being undersold or undervalued due to fluctuations in bidding activity or unforeseen circumstances. It also serves to maintain the credibility and prestige of our auction platform by upholding fair market practices and fostering trust among buyers and sellers alike.

After the auction of a specific lot has ended (expiring of the bidding time), it will be indicated on the website when the reserve price has not been met.

  • 3.13. How does the 'buy now'-option works?

3.12.1. When a bidder purchases an item using the Buy Now function, the sales price is immediately removed from the website. This prevents other users from buying the same item at the fixed price once it's sold. The Buy Now option ensures that each item is only available for purchase in this manner until the auction begins.

5.1.2. What is sequential? To give bidders sufficient the time to bid on all auctioned lots all lots will end in sequential order. So, when the bidding time of a specific lot is extended due to various bids in the final minute(s), the end time of all other open lots will also extend.
